ABOUT THE DIRECTOR OF NETWORK AND STUDIO PARTNERSHIPS ROLE
Proving marketplace acceptance and scaling is critical to Transform’s long-term and short-term success. The Director of Network and Studio Partnerships is the vanguard of our strategy to advance the sales of Resonance AI to media companies. This position will work closely with Customer Success and Marketing to present Resonance AI to potential customers. The DNSP will collaborate with the team to generate presentation decks and materials. Development of proposals will be a collaborative process that includes the sales team as well as senior management.
Once a new customer has executed a contract, the Customer Service Manager will on-board the customer and be the primary contact for adoption and launch of the Platform. The DNSP will stay involved and develop the customer to ensure renewals and raving fans. This role is open for someone living in or near Seattle or Los Angeles.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options
Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions
Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities
Study and understand all facets of the Transform Platform
Ability to generate, qualify and execute on opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets
Minimum of 5 years of relative experience in Analytics, Big Data, SAAS or Media sales
Effectively incorporate ROI in the negotiation process to bring the utmost value to both the customer and Transform
Proven ability to articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates strong value
Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events or other means
Hone and deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks
Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing to target new customers, retain customers and sell customers expanded products
Write proposals and orders to deliver to customers. Collaborate with VP Product and senior management to prepare final drafts.
Hit revenue targets annually
Travel as necessary up to 25%
5+ years enterprise sales experience in a SaaS or software company with media experience preferred
Proven track record of successful customer development, quota achievement and C-Suite sales
Ability to navigate enterprise company roadblocks
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
Extremely well-organized with an ability to handle and digest large amounts of information from a variety of sources
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college, MBA or advanced degree preferred in business or technology field
