About the Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will lead Transform in ensuring project success from the point the project starts through to completion. The Project Manager proactively and professionally manages the client relationship and helps guide the client through the initial sales process for set up and data collection. The Project Manager is an integral part of Transform’s success to ensure a smooth client experience; they are comfortable being agile and pivot as necessary, but are comfortable executing on a predetermined plan.


  • Overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring that clients’ expectations are in-line with project service scope

  • Develop and deliver to customers a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery

  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

  • Perform risk management and change management on projects

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks

  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions

  • Interface with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success for program requirements, scope and implementation

  • Define and own metrics and key performance indicators

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field or PMP Certification

  • 5+ years of program management of multiple projects simultaneously; ideally in a consulting environment

  • Proven work experience in a self-directed environment with demonstrated ability to contribute to a team

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Skill with multiple project management methodologies including Agile

  • Superior communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to match the needed communication style to the situation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Media or retail experience a plus

  • Experience delivering technical solutions for Digital Marketing teams strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • PMP Certification
